oga Therapy is the application of the ancient science of Yoga - its tools and tangible practices - to address issues that confront us all in modern life. Abundant scientific studies now show the benefits of a true Yogic lifestyle to counter trauma, long term stress, attention issues, depression, anxiety and challenging relationship dynamics. In this introductory session, Yoga Therapist Jennie Lee will explain the connections between our body challenges and our personal histories, belief systems and emotional attachments. And then illustrate how specific internal and external Yoga practices can move us toward peace and balance. |
